Darby Road Public House and Restaurant | Resolve Community Counseling Center of Scotch Plains is a nonprofit mental health agency dedicated to providing affordable, confidential, and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our highly trained therapists, psychologists, and social workers offer individual, couples, and family counseling in both English and Spanish. Dr. Duncan is a third-year psychiatry resident at Ocean University Medical Center with clinical interests in Addiction Psychiatry, Community Psychiatry, Sports Psychiatry, and Global Mental Health. A North Jersey native and former multisport athlete, he is passionate about addressing mental health disparities in underserved populations and supporting student-athlete wellbeing. Dr. Duncan earned his medical degree from Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. Before medical school during his time at the Newark Dept of Health and community wellness, Dr. Duncan worked on multiple health equity initiatives in Newark, NJ.
